Welcome to your new favorite place to shop earrings! Before you hit “add to cart,” here’s the not-so-sparkly (but super important) stuff. These Terms and Conditions explain how things work around here — from ordering and shipping to returns and site use. By using our site, you’re agreeing to play by the rules.
Shipping & Handling
When you place an order, I aim to ship it within 2–3 business days. If there is a delay for any reason, I will contact you to keep you updated.
Please note: I am a full-time teacher and mother, and while I do my best to meet shipping timelines, unexpected circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include both postage and handling. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country and the size of your package. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to health and safety reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your earrings arrive damaged or broken, please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photo evidence of the issue. I’ll do my best to resolve the situation, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Please note that change of mind or deciding you no longer want the product does not qualify for a refund.
All earrings are handmade with care using high-quality materials, primarily polymer clay. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Photos of Earrings
Each of these earrings are hand made by myself. I have taken the time to make them with the utmost care. Currently you will be receiving the ones in the photographs. As I am in the beginning stages and will be releasing collections over time I will be making multiple earrings within the collection. In this case each pair will be slightly different from the featured photos unless you happen to get the exact ones I use in the description photo.
Lost or Stolen Packages
I carefully package each order and double-check the shipping address provided at checkout. However, I am not responsible for stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered.
If a package is lost in transit, I will do everything I can to help resolve the issue. This may include contacting the postal service and, if possible, offering compensation or a replacement — provided there is proof that the package never arrived.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. I am not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address submissions.
Unclaimed Packages
If your package is not collected after failed delivery attempts and is returned to me, you may be eligible for a refund on the item(s) only. Unfortunately, postage costs are non-refundable.

What are your earrings made of?
I use Premo and Soufflé polymer clay, often combined with foils, paints, embellishments, and gloss finishes. Each listing includes a description of the materials used for that specific pair.
What materials are used for hooks, backs, and fastenings?
I aim to use hypoallergenic components suitable for sensitive ears. If a pair includes different materials, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
How do I care for my earrings?

Avoid chemicals: Keep earrings away from perfumes, lotions, hair products, and household cleaners.

Remove before physical activity: Take off your earrings when sleeping, exercising, or engaging in any activities that may cause them to be bumped or damaged.

Store properly: Keep your earrings in a dry, cool place — ideally in a soft pouch, jewellery box, or on an earring holder.

Cleaning: If your earrings need cleaning, gently wipe them with a damp cloth or wet wipe. Avoid harsh cleaning products.
